Μέσα στις επόμενες 60 μέρες θα κριθεί η βιωσιμότητα της κυβέρνησης, καθώς μέχρι τα μέσα Σεπτεμβρίου θα πρέπει να περάσουν από τη Βουλή όλα τα δύσκολα νομοσχέδια για τα επαχθή φορολογικά μέτρα, την...

τέταρτη επικαιροποίηση του μνημονίου, που θα περιλαμβάνει ρητώς την απόλυση δημοσίων υπαλλήλων, τις πρώτες αποκρατικοποιήσεις και τον δεύτερο εφαρμοστικό νόμο.

Παράλληλα, η Βουλή θα πρέπει να ετοιμάζεται για να ψηφίσει και το νέο πακέτο «διάσωσης» της Ελλάδας, που θα περιλαμβάνει βεβαίως νέους σκληρούς όρους για λιτότητα, το δεύτερο μνημόνιο και την πιθανότητα εμπράγματων εγγυήσεων. Το ίδιο διάστημα το Μαξίμου θα δίνει τη νέα μάχη αξιολόγησης από την τρόικα, που θα βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα για να ελέγξει την πορεία της οικονομίας ώστε να δώσει το πράσινο φως στην έκτη δόση του δανείου, η οποία πρέπει να εκταμιευθεί στα μέσα Σεπτεμβρίου.

Ήδη, λόγω των καθυστερήσεων αλλά και λόγω πολιτικής αδυναμίας, οι τροϊκανοί θα έρθουν εκτάκτως στην Αθήνα από το τέλος Ιουλίου ώστε να διασφαλίσουν ότι η κυβέρνηση θα τηρήσει όσα υποσχέθηκε.

Όλα αυτά δημιουργούν μια ρευστή πολιτική κατάσταση σε ένα ήδη εκρηκτικό κοινωνικό κλίμα. Οι Ευρωπαίοι διαπιστώνουν και από τις δημοσκοπήσεις ότι αυτό το κυβερνητικό σχήμα δεν αντέχει και έχουν δεδομένο ότι με τον έναν ή τον άλλο τρόπο οι πρόωρες κάλπες είναι προ των πυλών. Έτσι ζητούν επιτακτικά το νέο δανειακό πρόγραμμα να έχει την έγκριση 180 βουλευτών, ώστε όποιο κυβερνητικό σχήμα και να ανέβει στην εξουσία - θεωρούν ότι θα αποτελείται από τουλάχιστον δύο κόμματα – να είναι εξασφαλισμένη η υλοποίηση των δεσμεύσεων.

Τα μέτωπα του Βενιζέλου

Ο άνθρωπος που θα κληθεί να φέρει σε πέρας το δύσκολο εγχείρημα να πειστούν οι υπουργοί αλλά και οι βουλευτές του ΠΑΣΟΚ για την πλημμύρα των αλλαγών, είναι ο Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος. Ήδη η τρόικα αλλά κα ι το Γιούρογκρουπ έδειξαν τα δόντια τους στην τηλεδιάσκεψη της προηγούμενης εβδομάδας. Η γραμμή είναι σκληρή, σκληρότερη ίσως από αυτήν που ανέμενε ο υπουργός Οικονομικών. Μόνο και μόνο για να εξασφαλίσουμε την επόμενη δόση, πρέπει:

1. Να σχηματιστεί αμέσως και να λειτουργήσει η εταιρεία διαχείρισης της δημόσιας περιουσίας, η Γενική Γραμματεία Real Estate Development. Τον Αύγουστο να υιοθετηθεί το πλάνο για τον τουριστικό τομέα (τουριστική κατοικία), με το νομοσχέδιο για τις χρήσεις γης των ακινήτων της εταιρείας Ελληνικά Τουριστικά Ακίνητα. Στο τρίτο τρίμηνο πρέπει να είναι έτοιμο το νομικό πλαίσιο για τη γρήγορη παραχώρηση γης και την επιτάχυνση της καταγραφής της ακίνητης περιουσίας.

2. Να περάσει, μέχρι το τέλος Ιουλίου, το νομοσχέδιο για τις συγχωνεύσεις και καταργήσεις των ΔΕΚΟ και άλλων φορέων και μέχρι τα μέσα Αυγούστου η κυβέρνηση να βρει τρόπο να περάσει από τη Βουλή τη δυνατότητα απολύσεων. Μέσα στο νέο νομοσχέδιο θα περιλαμβάνονται και οι μειώσεις μισθών και άλλων δαπανών και το μαχαίρι σε όσα επιδόματα έχουν απομείνει.

3. Να καταργηθούν 200 εφορίες, να δημιουργηθούν ομάδες «ράμπο» που θα αναλάβουν τη συλλογή ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών με απώτερο στόχο να ιδιωτικοποιηθούν οι διαδικασίες συλλογής φόρων, οι οποίες θα ελέγχονται από ξένους εμπειρογνώμονες. Παράλληλα πρέπει να ετοιμαστεί το νέο φορολογικό σύστημα.

4. Να βρεθεί φόρμουλα που θα προνοεί την εγκατάσταση των ελεγκτών, οι οποίοι μόνιμα πλέον θα διαχειρίζονται όλους τους τομείς της οικονομίας, τα υπουργεία, τους δημοσίους οργανισμούς. Επίσης μέσα στον Ιούλιο η κυβέρνηση πρέπει να ορίσει τα προσόντα και τις υποχρεώσεις των ελεγκτών που θα μπουν στα υπουργεία και να τους τοποθετήσει για να ελέγχουν τη ροή των πόρων. Έως το τέλος Σεπτεμβρίου να δημιουργηθούν γενικές διευθύνσεις για οικονομικές υποθέσεις σε όλα τα υπουργεία.

5. Να αποφασιστούν μέχρι το τέλος Σεπτεμβρίου όλες οι νέες περικοπές στην υγεία και την ασφάλιση, που θα περιλαμβάνουν ίσως και νέες αυξήσεις στις εισφορές, περικοπές στις αναπηρικές συντάξεις και νέες αλλαγές στα βαρέα και ανθυγιεινά.

6. Μέχρι το τέλος του έτους να δημιουργηθούν νέες συμμαχίες στον τραπεζικό κλάδο, συγχωνεύσεις και εξαγορές, και όσες τράπεζες αποτύχουν στα στρες τεστ να ενταχθούν αμέσως στο Ταμείο Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας, που ουσιαστικά ελέγχεται από την Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος και την τρόικα.

7. Μέχρι το τέλος Ιουλίου η κυβέρνηση να αναθέσει τη διαχείριση των υδροηλεκτρικών αποθεμάτων σε ανεξάρτητη αρχή.

8. Τέλος, βάσει του επικαιροποιημένου μνημονίου, η κυβέρνηση θα καλείται να λάβει νέα μέτρα ανά τρίμηνο και κάθε φορά που διαπιστώνεται απόκλιση από τους δημοσιονομικούς στόχους.

Συνεχώς νέα μέτρα!

Ο όρος για συνεχή λήψη νέων μέτρων είναι ο δυσκολότερος που έχει να αντιμετωπίσει η κυβέρνηση. Και αυτό γιατί πλέον τα ψέματα τελείωσαν, όπως και οι διορίες που έδινε μέχρι τώρα ατύπως η τρόικα. Εδώ κι έναν χρόνο όλοι έκαναν τα στραβά μάτια για το γεγονός ότι η Ελλάδα ουδέποτε κατάφερε να πιάσει τους βασικούς στόχους του μνημονίου. Όμως, όπως έχεουμε γράψει επανειλημμένως, οι δανειστές έχουν πλέον νομικό πρόβλημα και δεν είναι καλυμμένοι στην εκταμίευση των δόσεων.

Οι κυβερνητικές παλινωδίες και η «κοροϊδία», όπως την ερμηνεύουν οι ελεγκτές, ότι κάπου παρακάτω η κρατική μηχανή θα πάρει μπρος, μας έφεραν εδώ που βρισκόμαστε σήμερα: στον φαύλο κύκλο ύφεσης -νέων μέτρων- ύφεσης και στην ενεργοποίηση της ρήτρας που υπάρχει ήδη στη δανειακή σύμβαση για πλήρη επιτήρηση και απώλεια της εθνικής κυριαρχίας. Εάν κρίνουμε από τα τελευταία νέα, τα νέα μέτρα είναι προ των πυλών, πριν καν εφαρμοστούν αυτά που πέρασε δι’ εκβιασμών και πιέσεων η κυβέρνηση από τη Βουλή την περασμένη εβδομάδα.

Το πρώτο εξάμηνο του έτους τα έσοδα παρουσιάζουν υστέρηση κοντά στα 2,5 δισ. ευρώ, με τις πληροφορίες να κάνουν λόγο για στασιμότητα στην είσπραξη εσόδων από φόρους. Την ίδια στιγμή, για τέταρτο συνεχόμενο μήνα, οι δαπάνες του κράτους δείχνουν αύξηση, αλλά η κυβέρνηση επιμένει να εφαρμόζει την αποτυχημένη συνταγή για αύξηση εύκολων φόρων και οριζόντιες περικοπές σε όλα τα εισοδήματα.

Έτσι, αντί να γίνονται μελέτες για το πώς θα αντιστραφεί το κλίμα και πώς η κυβέρνηση θα καταφέρει να στοχεύσει στα μεγάλα εισοδήματα και κεφάλαια που συστηματικά φοροδιαφεύγουν, γίνονται μελέτες για το πώς οι νέες ελεγκτικές εταιρείες θα γίνουν αφόρητα πιεστικές και απειλητικές προκειμένου να αποσπούν τα ληξιπρόθεσμα χρέη μικροοφειλετών!

Μάλιστα, όπως διακινείται στους διαδρόμους του Μαξίμου, εάν πετύχει το εγχείρημα του εκφοβισμού, οι ελεγκτικές εταιρείες θα αναλάβουν όλο το σύστημα των εσόδων.

Όλα αυτά τη στιγμή που και ο Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος δείχνει να αδυνατεί να πάρει αποφάσεις για τα δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ που βρίσκονται εκτός Ελλάδας και για τις off-shore εταιρείες Ελλήνων επιχειρηματιών που πληρώνουν ελάχιστους φόρους, κάνοντας χρήση νομικών παραθύρων που αφήνουν οι κυβερνήσεις ανοικτά εδώ και χρόνια.

Τα έσοδα που θα μπορούσε το κράτος να εισπράξει από τη φοροδιαφυγή των μεγάλων, ανέρχονται στο 30% των εσόδων που εισπράττει τώρα από τους άμεσους και έμμεσους φόρους, από τις περικοπές των μισθών, συντάξεων και επιδομάτων στα μεσαία και μικρά στρώματα.

Ο «χρησμός» Γιούνκερ...

Τη δημοσιονομική βόμβα που βρίσκεται στα χέρια της καλείται να διαχειριστεί η Ε.Ε. Ο πρόεδρος του Γιούρογκρουπ, που έχει υπογείως βοηθήσει άπειρες φορές την κυβέρνηση και είναι η αιτία που έχουμε λάβει πολλές άτυπες παρατάσεις τον τελευταίο χρόνο, είπε τελικά ότι η κυβέρνηση δεν μπορεί να διαχειριστεί αυτά που έχει αναλάβει και ζήτησε την παρέμβαση των δανειστών.

Έχουμε γράψει πολλές φορές ότι ουδέποτε η Ε.Ε. πήρε πρωτοβουλία να παρέμβει στα εσωτερικά της Ελλάδας με τόσο σαφή τρόπο. Η παρέμβαση όλων των αξιωματούχων που είδαμε τους τελευταίους μήνες έγινε ύστερα από συνεννόηση της κυβέρνησης, και προ πάντων του τέως υπουργού Οικονομικών Γιώργου Παπακωνσταντίνου.

Ο Παπακωνσταντίνου είδε το Γιούρογκρουπ ως μια χρυσή ευκαιρία για να καλύψει την απειρία και τη δική του αδυναμία να αποφασίσει και να εφαρμόσει μια βιώσιμη οικονομική πολιτική, και όλο αυτό τον καιρό ζητούσε στήριξη από τους ομολόγους του στην ευρωζώνη.

♦ Προφασιζόταν συνεχώς δικαιολογίες ότι τα πράγματα δεν προχωρούσαν επειδή υπήρχαν ανταρσίες στο Υπουργικό, το ΠΑΣΟΚ, τις «συντεχνίες» και την αντιπολίτευση.

♦ Ζητούσε συνεχώς πολιτική κάλυψη με την αιτιολογία ότι «αυτός θέλει, αλλά δεν τον αφήνουν».

Έτσι άρχισε το γαϊτανάκι των παρεμβάσεων και των ανακοινώσεων, που έφτασαν να γίνονται απειλές.

Τώρα όμως το Γιούρογκρουπ είναι υποψιασμένο, με αποτέλεσμα να βλέπουν με μισό μάτι και τις προθέσεις του Βενιζέλου, και να μην του αφήνουν κανένα περιθώριο ελιγμών και διαπραγματεύσεων.

Έτσι οι υπουργοί Οικονομικών της ευρωζώνης ξεκαθάρισαν στον νέο υπουργό Οικονομικών ότι στη νέα δανειακή σύμβαση θα αναγράφεται ρητώς η ανάληψη της οικονομικής διαχείρισης της χώρας από τους δανειστές.

Ο Γιούνκερ λοιπόν είπε το... αυτονόητο και αυτό που δεσμεύθηκε ήδη η κυβέρνηση ότι θα κάνει. Μόνο που αυτή τη φορά οι δανειστές δεν έχουν καμία διάθεση να υποστούν τη γνωστή καραμέλα της κυβέρνησης, η οποία άλλα διαπραγματεύεται πίσω από τις πόρτες και μετά αφήνει να εννοηθεί ότι οι δανειστές είναι αυτοί που επιβάλλουν πράγματα και καταστάσεις.

Στις Βρυξέλλες υπάρχει ήδη δυσφορία για τις επιθέσεις του πρωθυπουργού στην Ε.Ε. το τελευταίο δεκαπενθήμερο, γι’ αυτό έχουν αρχίσει την επιχείρηση «όλα στο φως». Μια πρόγευση των μελλοντικών τοποθετήσεων έχει λάβει η κυβέρνηση από τον Γιούνκερ. Έπεται συνέχεια...

It sounds like she has developed a case of "cold feet". It seems like she has gotten scared over the thought of marriage and is taking the time to re-evaluating things.
In your conversations/interactions has she ever had any escapist type of behavior? At times people get into this mode because they really like the person but they have been really hurt in a past relationship. They get scared to invest all of their emotions in a situation in fear of getting their heart broken.

I suggest that you give her some more time and see if she re-engages with you. Perhaps give her a call to check in to let her know that she is in your thoughts. She may start to interact again when she is able to collect all of her feelings. Set a timetable on how long you wait if she does not communicate with you at all because it is not fair to you to be waiting around.

Don't blame yourself of this circumstance because it is not about you nor is it your fault. A lot of people tend to blame themselves for this circumstance.

Όταν είμαστε σε καλή διάθεση, είναι διαπιστωμένο ότι ο εγκέφαλος εκκρίνει χημικά που ενισχύουν το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα και μας βοηθούν να διατηρήσουμε το βάρος μας. Ωστόσο, το καλό σεξ προσφέρει αυτά τα οφέλη και ακόμα παραπάνω.

1. Ανακούφιση από στρες

Όσοι έκαναν σεξ πιο συχνά είχαν καλύτερη αντίδραση στο στρες και χαμηλότερη πίεση.

2. Ενισχυμένη άμυνα
Η σεξουαλική δραστηριότητα συνδέεται με τη γενικότερη υγεία και τη λειτουργία της άμυνας του οργανισμούς. Ερευνητές από το Πανεπιστήμιο Wilkes μελέτησαν τις αλλαγές στα επίπεδα των αντισωμάτων και ειδικότερα της ανοσοσφαιρίνης Α που προστατεύει από κρυολογήματα και μολύνσεις.
Αυτό που βρήκαν ήταν ότι κατά μέσο όρο, η ομάδα των ατόμων με συχνές σεξουαλικές επαφές (μια έως δύο την εβδομάδα) είχε υψηλότερα επίπεδα ανοσοσφαιρίνης Α σε σχέση με τις υπόλοιπες ομάδες που ανέφεραν μικρότερη δραστηριότητα ή αποχή.

3. Σεξ και θερμίδες
30 λεπτά σεξ συμβάλουν στην καύση 85 και πλέον θερμίδων. Μπορεί να μην φαίνεται πολύ αλλά αυτό σημαίνει ότι 42 μισάωρα σεξ ή 21 ώρες ισοδυναμούν με ένα κιλό βάρους. Το σεξ είναι μια καλή γυμναστική για καύση θερμίδων και αυτό το επιβεβαιώνουν οι περισσότεροι σεξολόγοι.

4. Καρδιαγγειακή υγεία

8. Καρκίνος του προστάτη
Οι συχνές εκσπερματώσεις μειώνουν τον κίνδυνο εμφάνισης προστάτη. Αυτό ισχυρίζονται πλέον Αυστραλοί ερευνητές σε μια εργασία τους στο British Journal of Urology International. do. I’m inspired and translate that mental inspiration into a physical expression to share with

others. For a creative soul such as myself, there’s nothing like it. When the creative juices are flowing and you’re in the zone, creating new music and making something out of nothing is easy. Then to see a new song resonate with fans is an indescribable feeling because it's so personal that it feels like a sense of validation for me. But this creative process is a much different experience when I collaborate with someone.

Recently, I was fortunate to be able to work with Bryan Stratman of Capricorn Studios on my new single All Night Long (Stratman Remix). The experience was awesome and we shared so many new things that have helped me progress as an artist. Collaborating always shows me a different creative method, and seeing how another artist works gives me a new perspective and well to go to for inspiration. Plus, it prepares me for working with other artists in the future. Practice makes perfect!

The key word here is inspiration. I’m a firm believer that there’s a difference between being inspired and forcing inspiration. For artists, just like with any other job, there are deadlines. So at times artists have to go to what I call their “familiar game,” which is their comfort zone of creativity. For a rapper it might be the catch phrases and subject matter they’re most familiar with. Or for a producer it might be the chords and melodies they’re most comfortable using. I believe creative inspiration is when a creative mind is exposed to a new stimulus and the result is the artist’s repackaging of this new experience and perspective they deliver back to the audience. So working with someone else you are exposed to their world and their perspective. This process gives you a new perspective and you can’t help but be inspired. Collaborating helps you grow as an artist, but remixing songs is not an easy process.

The first thing you’ve got to have to ensure success is a unified sense of direction for the project - what do we want the final product to accomplish? My recent collaboration with Stratman was a process in developing music, so we sat down and asked each other, “How do we want people to feel when they hear this,” and went from there. Once we began getting into it, I found that the hardest part of the process was to try not to do everything. Being a songwriter and producer myself made this especially difficult. I had to hold back and try not to take the reins or grab full control. Technology was a big help because I could physically distance myself from the project but still have direct hands-on involvement. All in all, I’m stoked on the final product.

Overall I had a great time working on the new single, which is available on Amazon and iTunes, because it lets fans experience something new through my music and I got to grow as an artist. Vibing with another artist, letting go of control, having a narrow focus, and channeling inspiration - these are all part of the art of collaboration.

Hahaha. No promises, but I'll try?

I have a few reasons why I'm going back though.

Firstly, I missed my dad's birthday last month as I had to work in Singapore preparing for the Blog Awards. I actually got him a present earlier but I had no time to go back before that as well and thus only bringing him his belated birthday present this week. I hope he likes what I bought for him. :)

Next, I do miss my parents (a bit). It's been almost 3 months since I last see them, I think. So yea, it's time to drop by Ipoh to see them. However, I'm very sure the moment I see them, this reason will be nullified and I will wonder what can I do in Ipoh for the rest of 2 days. Lol.

Okay from these 3 reasons I bet you've deciphered me as someone who prioritized work from family, a not filial son and cheapskate, thick faced guy. I do admit I'm all three but I don't exactly see much wrong in it due to what I've faced in my life. So I beg for you not to judge anyone for what they do in the present as many of us may be touched or shattered to hear what they had gone through.

Two weeks ago, my Ex wrote me:

"I'm not responsible for your reputation. It speaks for itself. You have turned into a bitter bitchy queen. You used to be fun and charming. You have let this competitive edge rule your life and it has damaged your relationships."

I would be lying if I said it didn't profoundly affect me. There have been similar whispers about my attitude from other quarters. Chirps here and there. My stubborn male pride bristles at any suggestion that I'm a douche.

An inner voice seethes and hisses, "master... they are jealous (and squishy!)... don't heed their warnings!" Then there is my heart still heavily guarded and under house arrest. It's the only sane part of me. It pleads, "It's not too late to turn away from the Dark Side! There is still time to heal the hole in your soul!"

The Louisville Trip would provide a perfect test of... Can I get along well with others in a non-competitive environment? On the surface, it was a risky trip filled with potential for great disappointment. Most of the people I was meeting were strictly Facebook friends whom I had never met.

THE TRIP:
I checked into my hotel at the Museum 21 C. It is a posh downtown hotel worthy of a Queen. My room was large with a great view, king sized bed, and a nice bathroom. The turn down service every day was appreciated, because I never had to worry about running out of fresh towels. Everybody knows or should know that I take frequent showers.

On the first day, I met up with owned bud Chad. He has a wonderful sense of humor in both the Facebook world and real world. We ate at a Qdoba Mexican Grill in Bardstown and had good conversation. From there, Chad took me around to see the gorgeous Cherokee Park and Cave Hill Cemetary.

I was passed off to the friendly couple of Chris and Chris (not pictured) where they introduced me to the wonderful chrisandwich. It was quite delicious! We eventually reconnected with Chad and his Daddy Bill, where we ate at the Irish Rover and had drinks at the Q (home bar of the delightful Casey Leek and singing cartwheel legend J.Buttons).

On Friday, Casey and I dueled on the tennis courts. I was whipping his ass in each set, before he would stage amazing comebacks. We ended up splitting our sets 7-6,6-7 and called it a "tie" so neither one of us would pout on the drive back. See... I can sometimes put the greater good ahead of my own blood lust for winning!

It was on Saturday that I would meet SUPER NERD Brian again after a fateful Southern Decadence meeting with his partner Donald a few years ago. Brian has a penchant for embarrassing you with really witty illustrations on your Facebook page:

I was dragged and forced to GEEK OUT with Chad and Brian at a Star Trek Exhibit:

On Saturday night, I went to a fabulous party with Bill, Chad, and Brian where I met some very friendly Kentucky boys and a WOOFY West Virginian named Alex:

After socializing, drinking, and making mischief, we ended the night at Tryangles and The Connection where I lost track of how many people I slobbered over. Bill and Chad must think I am super slutty when drinking. LOL.

By Sunday, I was totally exhausted and flew back home to Louisiana. Thank you, Louisville for renewing my spirit and teaching me that happiness can exist outside of a tennis court. I look forward to seeing you guys soon... at IML in Chicago. :)

The Hearthrobs were first called The Heartbreakers, probably because Romeo used to wrestle as Johnny Heartbreaker in a few controversial Junior Pro Wrestling Association (JPWA) videos (Why controversial?
